Tsung-Hui Chang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communications engineering from the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. From 2012 to 2015, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan. In August 2015, Dr. Chang joined the School of Science and Engineering (SSE), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHKSZ), China, as an Assistant Professor, and since August 2018, as an Associate Professor. Prior to being a faculty member, Dr. Chang held research positions with NTHU, from 2008 to 2011, and the University of California, Davis, CA, USA, from 2011 to 2012. His research interests include signal processing and optimization problems in data communications, machine learning and big data analysis. Dr. Chang received the Young Scholar Research Award of NTUST in 2014, IEEE ComSoc Asian-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award in 2015, the prestigious IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Best Paper Award in 2018 and 2021, and the Outstanding Faculty Research Award of SSE, CUHKSZ, in 2021. Dr. Chang is an Elected Member of IEEE SPS Signal Processing for Communications and Networking Technical Committee (SPCOM TC) (2020/01-), the Founding Chair of IEEE SPS Integrated Sensing and Communciation Technical Working Group (ISAC TWG) (2021/07-), and IEEE SPS Regional Director-at-Large of Region 10 (2022/01-). He has served the editorial board for major SP journals, including an Associate Editor (2014/08-2018/12) and Senior Area Editor (2021/02-present) of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SIGNAL PROCESSING, and an Associate Editor of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SIGNAL AND INFORMATION PROCESSING OVER NETWORKS (2015/01-2018/12) and IEEE OPEN JOURNAL OF SIGNAL PROCESSING (2020/01-). Dr. Chang was elevated to an IEEE Fellow in the year 2023.

Prof. Abbas Jamalipour is a lecture professor at the University of Sydney's pan -mobile network and the editor -in -chief of "IEEE VEHICULAR Technology Transactions". He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering of Nagoya University in Japan; he is a conference from the Electrical and Electronic Engineers Association (IEEE), electrical, information and communication engineer associations (IEICE) and Australian Engineers Association (IEA), ACM professional members, and IEEE Outstanding Performance Lectures By. He wrote 9 technical books, 11 books chapters, more than 550 technical papers, and 5 patents, all in the field of wireless communication. Dr. Jamaripur has served as chairman (2020-21), Executive Vice Chairman (2018-19), and has been the elected voting member of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society since 2014. Earlier, he had served as a member of the Council of the IEEE Wireless Communication, Vice Chairman-Meeting and IEEE Communications Society. He is a member of the editorial board of the IEEE Access magazine; a member of the consulting committee of the IEEE IoT magazine, and the editors of other magazines. He has served as the president or technical program chairman of multiple conferences, including IEEE ICC, Globecom, VTC, WCN, and PIMRC. He is the winner of many well -known awards, such as 2019 IEEE COMSOC Green Communication Outstanding Technology Achievement Award, 2016 IEEE Comsoc Communication Exchange and Route Outstanding Technology Achievement Award, 2010 IEEE Comsoc Harold Sobol Award, 2006 IEEE COMSOC best tutorial paper Awards, and more than fifteen best thesis awards.
